I was very pleased with the entire experience. From the delightful interaction with Bettina on reception (and also the regular receptionist), to the surgeon. I can't imagine how I could have received better treatment. Minimal pain on the day and into the following week. Excellent all round.

Dr Reza was extremely nice and diagnosed my issue within about 10 minutes. Explained what it was, gave me a paper to read about the condition and provided scripts for the necessary medication. Administration staff were also very friendly and helpful.

I found the staff very nice, the skin inspection was very thorough, backed up by the mole mapping imaging done initially. Definitely reassuring to have such a comprehensive check, with some samples taken for biopsy, as I already have a history of several skin cancers previously. Seeing my plastic surgeon next week the mapping imaging and results also being sent to him. Thank you for a great service.

I had a consultation with Dr Reza Amirtouri, who was incredibly kind, thorough, and attentive throughout the entire visit. He made the treatment process very comfortable, and the LED therapy afterward was so relaxing. A special mention to nurse Loretta, who was absolutely fabulous! The entire team made me feel very welcome from the moment I walked in.
